After they made us wait over an hour past our appointment time, they told us their camera was broken and told us to go elsewhere for photos. After trying 2 other places that said they couldn't do passport photos, we decided to try this FedEx location as a last resort. Mariano immediately helped us and had our 2 sets of passport photos completed in less than ten minutes. He was an absolute lifesaver during our awful morning. Thank you, Mariano!!!!
