- KKKING KTOct 28, 20251.0They are very rude never had to do change of address before finally moved asked for help didn’t want to help and act like I was bothering them I’ve been living here for almost a month now and no mail she told me all I need was my id and the verification paper and she seen my id was out of state instead of her tell me to go get my lease with my address on it for a secondaryshe scanned it anyway and now I have a denial letter due to my id when I could’ve brought my lease and I asked her what all I needed to bring for the verification process to get my mail sent to me and she had a nasty attitude wouldn’t recommend
