This post office is a black hole of incompetence and dishonesty. The carriers are pathologically lazy, choosing to illegally hold mail rather than walking a few extra steps to a secure, accessible mailroom. Management doesn't just ignore the problem; they actively conspire to cover up the blatant lies regarding delivery dates. To call their service 'the bare minimum' is an insult to mediocrity. They once cut off service to an entire apartment complex for six months out of pure spite or laziness. If you value your sanity or your mail, do not move into a zip code cursed by this office’s jurisdiction.

This post office is an absolute disaster and should be shut down immediately. Not only do they consistently fail to deliver my packages, but the staff repeatedly lies about it. Most disturbingly, when I attempted to stop my carrier to ask why my mail was missing, he literally ran back to his truck and sped off. Now, since I’ve filed formal complaints, it has become clear that they are retaliating against me because I am receiving zero packages. This level of unprofessionalism and clear misconduct is unacceptable. I am currently documenting everything and looking into filing a lawsuit for the intentional withholding of my mail. Every person involved in this failure of a facility should be fired.

Since 0 stars isn't an option, I guess I'll go with 1. Completely uninterested in offering anything that could be confused with service. All I wanted was the package that I paid for delivered, but that's too much of an ask for them. If for some reason you have to contact them for support, expect to wait 2 days minimum for a reply and DO NOT expect the reply to be in any way meaningful. If you're looking for rude, that they can handle. *1/17/2026 update* It took a long time to find an opportunity to make it into the physical post office location. Once was able, the lady behind the counter this morning was extremely polite and helpful. For her efforts I'm adding 2 stars back onto my review. The efforts of the rest of the office and mail carrier is still costing them 2 stars.

This post office is terrible with customer care. I tried to have an issue resolved and have called over 10 times and still no response. Very unprofessional. These people are in charge of our mail but can’t do a simple task like answering the phones. If you don’t like your job you should quit or be fired. This place is terrible. If my apartment complex didn’t have to go through this post office I wouldn’t.
