Terrible service. We got shut down on a passport walk in saying they weren’t taking anymore today even though we showed up before walk in hours started on 2/14/2026

I am here every day. The clerks are super respectful and responsible. I watch them do ALL they are able to do for customers because I am in line daily. Customers do not understand the mail service that is why they post ridiculous comments or take their frustration out on USPS employees. This is one of the busiest locations in the area. The clerks are truthful and tactful. I am sure my fav clerks are exhausted by the by end of the day. All of my packages have made it to their destinations, and I have mailed hundreds. Have a little patience, my fellow customers. This truly a five star location. I LOVE the post office. They provide the best service for my small business.

I moved into the area in April. I haven't received a mailbox key. My mail SHOULD be being held and at one point I know it was because I came and picked it up no issue. I stop by to pick up a package that should be held and not only do I have no key, but my mail is missing. All of my mail is unaccounted for. I got glared at when I even asked to check and what I got was nothing and a package I've already been waiting a month for was *supposedly* delivered in my mailbox. The one I can't open because I've been waiting for a key. I've been incredibly patient and so far the only person to help me before my last visit was really cool AND he got my mail when I asked for it. Now I'm being treated like an inconvenience for trying to use the service like it should be, and I have a lot of unaccounted for mail somewhere. I've already filed a case for my package but this chronic problem of not being able to get people keys in a timely manner is not normal and I think something should be done about it. I have never in my life had problems like this and from what I can see and hear everyone else is getting the same treatment. That is not okay.
