- SJSherry JacksonSep 19, 20253.0This was the first time I got an unfriendly welcome. There was no visitors in the post office. The person working the front end was just sitting there on their phone. Never made eye contact and ask "Can I help"? I like the Happy employee better. Other than that it's a post office. Clean, no wait, and the staff is usually nice friendly and helpful.
- DHDonald HareSep 9, 20251.0I don't get my mail half the time. The US post office is a joke. They keep raising the price of stamps but the service gets worse all the time. No you can't call them. You get an automated service that doesn't give the option to talk to anyone. What a damn joke. I would rather give them zero stars but that's not a option. Almost every week I am missing mail. Yesterday day I was supposed to get 6 mail pieces but received zero. The were evidently at my door because we received a package. Why in the hell didn't they leave my mail.

Spoke with the supervisor about my rude experience with her employee and she just said, well it's not first time and wont be the last time with her". As if they condone her unprofessional lack of social skills and customer service. My encounter with her was the drive thru mail box was full as I tried to mail a letter, a bunch of mail fell out. I took them in to drop off and let them know the box was full. I was met with, "I'm off from work". I tried to explain again and was cut off with her saying,"I'M OFF FROM WORK", I'M OFF FROM WORK". I gave the mail to the other attendant. As I was walking out she continued with, "I CAN'T BELIEVE HE COULD'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I SAID". AS she was standing at her booth. Customers,, beware!
