Energy is bad, like why are you so mad? It doesn’t cost to be a decent human being. I’m not coming back solely because of this lady.

Never made eye contact and ask "Can I help"? I like the Happy employee better. Other than that it's a post office. Clean, no wait, and the staff is usually nice friendly and helpful.
