The attitude from both the front desk staff and the passport processing agent was terrible. When I first arrived, I was told they do not take walk-ins at all. I pulled up the website and reviews saying they would take walk-ins. Later, when the passport agent came out, she said they do take walk-ins but that people with appointments would be seen first and she will not take me as a walk in. The inconsistency and the way it was communicated were frustrating, and both staff members were very rude. Customer service here was extremely disappointing. I did not feel respected as a customer and will not be returning. This unfortunately is where our tax money goes…

I have pictures of everything.

Severely understaffed, extremely slow, and they don’t even open on time (previous experience about a month ago). Takes 15+ minutes to do the most simplest job. Whoever wrote that this branch is great is lying to you. Please get new employees that are efficient and timely
