- KSKay SledgeDec 20, 20122.0Ok, rates went up and I have no secure mailbox because it is on the street in a diverse area, no regular mail person, no regular delivery time with my mail reaching me as late as 7:00pm, and no concern about this from postal staff. I will be using email, electronic transfers, paperless billing, and UPS/FEDEX next year. May the postal service rest in peace. PS. Don't bother insuring your packages because by the time you jump through all of the hoops you will find that even the insurance is a scam.
