Anything that I've ever had go to this facility either disappears or shows up at least 3 days to many weeks late. This place needs to be investigated and revamped or closed

My mail too often ends up in a neighbor's mailbox. I received three pieces of mail today, including bills and financial statements, which had gone to someone else's home. I also received misdirected mail fairly regularly. What is the problem?

Sent out mail over a month ago. Seems to have been lost. Seriously? If you can't trust the post office, who can you trust? I'm filing a complaint.

Ok, rates went up and I have no secure mailbox because it is on the street in a diverse area, no regular mail person, no regular delivery time with my mail reaching me as late as 7:00pm, and no concern about this from postal staff. I will be using email, electronic transfers, paperless billing, and UPS/FEDEX next year. May the postal service rest in peace. PS. Don't bother insuring your packages because by the time you jump through all of the hoops you will find that even the insurance is a scam.
