- HMHazle MoonSep 16, 20251.0I don’t have any issues With the mailman/mail woman, but I have issues with people who work at that post office. When I did try to ship out something they refused because I didn’t have an envelope, but that was from them. I’m starting a small business and I like to have my own custom envelopes with designs on them and the lady at the post office refused to let me ship it out due to its packaging. I told her that it was well packed as in it had bubble wrap, and it was double sealed (I Used to envelopes on fragile items that I’m shipping out) Even after I told her that she still said no, and that I had to buy an envelope from them. I went to a different post office and they said I could ship it out and that she was in the wrong. But I find it pretty annoying that the one post office that’s near my house won’t let me ship out my products and I have to travel an extra 30 minutes to ship out my things now. She is literally ripping off customers so that they’re forced to buy their packaging, which I would understand if I didn’t have proper packaging, but since I do have proper packaging and I had proper labels, she had no right to deny my Package. I have a proper shipping label printer as well as proper packaging and equipment to ship out items so if you’re looking to ship out anything do not go to this post office. I would highly recommend going to one with a self service check out Or to one that’s got better ratings because if you check Out the rating on this specific post office you can even see all the other bad experiences overall, I would write this a zero if I could, but since I can’t, I’ll give it a one
