- NBN BApr 1, 20245.0I had an issue with my mail and didn’t want to take off work to visit the union station post office. I was greeted promptly and my issues wasn’t resolved but at least I know there is a staffing issue and this is why my mail isn’t being delivered daily. In all honesty is fine. In the future, let people know mail will be delivered once or twice a week due to staffing shortages, especially during tax season.

- JJJMay 17, 20191.0What an absolute JOKE. Walked 12 blocks carrying a package to drop off at this "post office". You have to go through what is worse than airport security. They hadn't yet mentioned a body cavity search when I turned around. They spent more in police labor costs plus security equipment than the cost of shipping the package. LOL. Avoid this location at all costs.
