I had no clue what I was doing when I went to return an amazon package to China and Karen took her time to guide me through it. She was friendly and helped me find the right package to put my item in. Dont let the bad reviews scare you.

Karen was rude to me in front of other customers and argued with me about that address point in the Philippines and every time I tried to speak she would start talking over me the same phrase and she refused to listen to me when I tried to explain how they received packages in the country at the Philippines. So I wasn't able to get the package shipped.
