The package tracked from KCMO to New York and back but they couldn't get it to my door. I think someone at this office is a thief. This is not the first time my mail has gone missing.

- TGTrish GreathouseJun 25, 20191.0This office is always closed no matter what time, I arrive. Ronald from USPS.com told me that all post offices are open 830 - 5 M-F and 8:30 - 1230 Sat. The Post Office does not even know what hours this location is opened! I have to drive into Independence to get any type of service, but the Independence office has no control over a Kansas City Post Office in regards to delivering mail. Oh, I have had to stop using mail service as this branch is so unreliable and mail getting lost so many times, I have had missed payments happen on Utility bills, car payments and such and the USPS does NOT care. My husband does not like using the internet to pay bills, but I have had to do this because of the USPS and have had fraud on my account twice since doing this. Thank you Post Office!!
