- SGStephanie G1 day ago4.0Over years of going to this UPS store location, I have never had an unpleasant visit. The staffs are always efficient at processing returns and any questions I have ever had. In addition, the staffs kind demeanor make the experience very pleasant.

I was waiting in line around 2 pm and watched one of the employees, she had piercings -not sure of her name, berate and threaten a customer over something the employee screwed up. She was yelling and everybody in line was in shock. It was pretty embarrassing for the employee. The customer didnt do anything wrong and was just trying to get some issue fixed. That employee really needs to be let go, no adult should act like that at their place of work. I almost left because I did not want her to wait on me, I was worried she would yell at me for just existing. She was mad for no reason. Luckily another employee stepped in and helped the customer. Where's the employees accountability??? Just apologize, admit you made a mistake and fix it. Probably won't go back to this location for a long time...

I went there at 8 am when they first opened, I gave my item I wanted returned and she scanned the wrong item and gave me a reciept for something different. So i noticed my reciept had the wrong items and drove back up there 5 hours later. A woman was helping me and Erin came over and started spitting while yelling, She started yelling at me on what to do instead of using a nice intelligent tone she was trying to intimidate me then told me to get out of her store..I needed my Amazon items so I didnt leave. A very nice, respectful, intelligent lady helped me and told me Erin is having a bad day. Well she shouldnt be working customer service for UPS. Very hateful, nasty, tone of voice.I wish I knew thr woman's name that helped me she should get a huge raise!
