  I visited for a notary service and felt overlooked. Staff kept assisting customers with packages while I waited, even though I was already there. It felt unfair and frustrating.

  This is the worst UPS Store I have ever been to. For starters, their printer and scanner is "down" more often than the ice cream machine at McDonald's. They need to fire the entire staff and start over. All other UPS stores are fast, friendly and efficient, not this one! I am convinced that the positive reviews are fake because this location is a joke!

  So I've been going to the store as well as many others for years as I ship packages between 700 and 800 or more times a year. I used to struggle a great deal because I'm handicapped and standing in a line was and is extremely painful. When I learned about their scanner machines that they could have that would allow me to walk in and scan my own package and leave I was over the moon. Only this store held out a super long time before they finally got one of those machines and they're one of the busier stores often with lines out the door. They finally get a machine and for the last year and a half two years whatever has been I've been happy very happy. Only this week I go in there to find a sign on the machine saying not to leave anything important there because they don't check and they don't empty the box at the end of the day. So I struggle to get in the store and scan my documents and now I have to walk them to the counter as well. May not seem like a big deal to most people but to me it is a big deal and hey if I had an Amazon return why aren't they emptying that at the end of the day? This store has seen absolutely nothing but terrible turnover of employees in the last couple of years. I don't know what they've done to these people but there were a great group of people working there for the longest time and now I don't know any of these people and it's a new face constantly. I think they could do better. Maybe consider getting another container for people to put documents or other must leave the store that day items. I mean empty the container or have an Express container over there.
