  These folks are really great. Eric and the team have been nothing but awesome. They really take care in how they package items of valuable. I have had a PO box there for many years and have a lot of packages delivered as well. In my experience, this is one of the best businesses I have used over the past many years.

  Business owners beware, I have over $2500 in packages being held by them. I’ve shipped tons of wigs using this store because I live nearby, apparently after paying for my last shipment Feb 9,2026, an error occurred that I had no knowledge of because I received multiple receipts and confirmation of payment as I normally would. The following week Feb 16th, I dropped off more packages. I noticed the next day I still haven’t received any tracking numbers via email so I called. Upon calling, he asked me to unlock my card and got really sassy about my card being locked as if it’s not common to lock your card when not in use. Long story short, after telling the owner Eric about hisself and his rude ways, he brings up my last payment and says it didn’t go through which I know it did. He stops trying to charge my card the $53.10 for the 5 packages I dropped off and attempted to charge me $170 instead. Of course, I refused and stated I’ll just pick up my packages and go elsewhere, he then states he’ll be holding my packages and won’t release them which isn’t ups policy at all and theft. They are way over the value of $170, have no correlation to the last payment, and on top of that, im not obligated to pay twice because of the owner pride issues. I’m currently working on a police report, I’ve filed an online report with ups against the owner, and Im awaiting a call back from corporate. Business owners beware. This is literally holding up my business. Oh please don’t get me started on Matt, everyone up there is shady.mainly because the owner is. I would avoid this place altogether

  Eric did a fantastic job and was patient with me. He was also very knowledgeable.

  The representative Luke was amazing. He helped me with FedEx packages, UPS packages and USPS packages all within an hour. He was able to get tracking shipping and insurance done for me and I was definitely worried that I would have to go throughout the city to a different locations to handle all of this I cannot say thank you enough for his help.
