They did not come to my door in my apartment, or use my call button. I waited in the mail room for 3 hours just incase around the period of time they had "tried" before, only for them to ofcourse show up way later. A child could invent a better business model.

I explained my situation to Mac over the phone and then in detail in person. He was very patient and kind with me, as was Eric. Mac packed every single item I brought in from my car into boxes and wrapped them all, ensuring that all items that were fragile were labeled and taken care of. He took time to lift every heavy box of books and glassware and packed it all away with no question or hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend this UPS store. (Other than great customer service this store is also very clean and has great AC!!)
