  I would give ZERO stars if allowed. Worst customer service experience at any business help and shipping center ever. Taron the manager was not accountable nor is his employee. On 02/09/26 I scheduled a notary after being told it was by appointment only. No problem, I then scheduled it and arrived only the next day to find out the employee did not check the schedule, no notary was there. so he asked if I could come back in an hour. I agreed and gave them a pass, life is not perfect. After cramming my errand in following their mistake I came back as instructed. I was told now a second time the notary now would not be there till maybe noon now, still no definite. The manager was called and the employee had all 3 of us on speaker so they proceeded to ask if I could wait. Not sign of an accountability, the manager never once asked his employee why he had me come at 11 when he would not be available till after noon. That employee was non responsive and never once spoke up and said anything about why he instructed to come back if the notary was not gonna be there. Terrible communication, then they put it on me.

  Doors says 8:00am apparently and I’ve waited for an hour to at least see if an employee will arrived unfortunately no one even showed up at 9:00am … a good amount of customers including myself has fallen victim to opening the door to realize that BOOM! door is locked … thank UPS! Great service and false information on the timing

  Walked in the place smelled like weed. No customer service was present. I had to yell to get an employee name Toran to come up front. He was not helpful at all. He offered no solution for shipping documents. Customer servive was horrible. If I could rate this location a negative star I would. Went to USPS instead.

  Kellyn, Nathan and Parker were amazing! Each one of them helped me for different services! They were so very pleasant and kind! I usually go to a different store and I was very surprised as to how kind all of them were. They were willing to help me with my package proving personal assistance! The were patient and very professional! I cannot say it enough as to how pleased I was with my service! Their efforts and dedication to provide optimum customer service should not go unnoticed! Thank you Kellyn, Nathan and Parker - you all deserve special rewards!!! 🤎🤎🤎
