This store sold me the box and provided the packing material I needed at no cost. Employees at both locations were friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful.

Finally, the local store itself reached out to me, the driver and team members gave me the option to pick it up or deliver it back to me, even though it was my fault. They didn't treat me like that. I ended up going to a different UPS location, which was the wrong one. The Driver and staff helped me to reach the right location. Finally, they reached the right locations for me. They waited for me until I got there and had my package ready for me. Not too many companies would go the mild to assist someone who made a mistake. Thank you Drivers at UPS at both locations Brookside and 103rd.
