He offered no solution for shipping documents. Customer servive was horrible. If I could rate this location a negative star I would. Went to USPS instead.

I usually go to a different store and I was very surprised as to how kind all of them were. They were willing to help me with my package proving personal assistance! This store sold me the box and provided the packing material I needed at no cost. Employees at both locations were friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful.
