It's an odd size, so I called the store to get an estimate for packing service and supplies, and it turned out to be VERY reasonable--half the price of going to an office supply store and purchasing my own box! When I brought the item in, Foram was there to help me--she was friendly and welcoming, and attentive to all the details. She made sure she understood how I wanted it packaged, and took careful measurements, and explained options for shipping and insurance. She measured the item, found the right size of box, and prepared my invoice--and the entire process took less than 15 minutes. FABULOUS customer service! Thanks to Foram and everyone at UPS for a great experience!

It was the way they handled it they were rude, condescending and nonchalant!!! Very unprofessional this just happened ðŸ˜
