UPS was unable to deliver my package because I was not at home during their delivery attempts. However, they do not offer any flexible options. There was no possibility to schedule evening or weekend delivery, no option to leave the package at a UPS store for pickup, and no option to leave it at the door. Every day I received the same message: “We couldn’t deliver your package.” I waited for a long time, but nothing changed. In many other countries, delivery services either call you, allow you to arrange a convenient time, or simply leave the package safely at your door. Here, none of that was possible. In the end, I was forced to return the package without ever receiving it. It felt like a complete waste of time. If a delivery service cannot adapt to customers’ schedules, cannot offer pickup options, and cannot provide basic flexibility, then I seriously question why such a service should be used at all. I would strongly recommend avoiding UPS if you value your time.

That’s a lie. They will tell you that packages have been delivered and then they will drop them at your door two days later, they will tell you that packages are out for delivery and they’re not the whole system is being scammed. The whole thing is fraudulent.
