That’s a lie. They will tell you that packages have been delivered and then they will drop them at your door two days later, they will tell you that packages are out for delivery and they’re not the whole system is being scammed. The whole thing is fraudulent.

Unlike my regular location, where the staff seem bothered to help, this store delivers an ideal customer experience. When I came back today for another return, the experience was similar to the first time with the team going above and beyond with great attitudes and exceptional service. So glad I found this spot, huge shoutout to Hannah and Zach Shull!
