Every now and then it can be slower right when they open or towards the end of the day. This is normally because they are in the back working on something. However, would recommend over other locations. I stopped going to Lenexa at 99th Street when the best employee there was let go. Matter of fact I know of around 9 people that stopped using the one in Lenexa because of changes that were made by people who didn't know the customer base.
