They then cite the photo of said empty box for 'proof of delivery' and void any responsibility on their end. Have filed complaints and Fedex does absolutely nothing.

After being completely freaked out over not getting packages from a local law firm to a FedEx facility by 5:00 p.m., it was a joy to find that these folks are here till 8. It's a tense, nervous making, difficult and ever more hateful world that we live in. It truly is. But running into these especially friendly and professional people, really made my day. I wish them all three the very best in life, and especially great health! (And someone please give these nice kids a 45% pay increase right away. They're worth it!) Corky Williams
