If you call the 1800# you get a recorded service that never lets you talk to a person or get any where unless you can use the proper wording it wants. I was only looking for the direct number to the shipping center to talk about the package they are holding because I was not there for delivery. When I finally got a person they would not give me the number to the shipping center. Now I need to drive 40 min to pick up my package instead of communicating a delivery time with them. FedEx always has to make deliveries more complicated. I never have this problem with UPS, USPS, Door Dash, pizza, etc, or any other delivery service.
