    Came in quickly to get something printed & Brycen helped me out. He was extremely helpful & very kind! The other workers there were so helpful with all the other people there and making sure they were getting helped. Overall a very positive & easy experience :)

    Fedex is the absolute worst shipping service there is. They deliver my packages to my apartment and leave them outside. They do not attempt to call you to be let into the building they just leave them right in the parking lot to be stolen. They have key fobs to get into our building and into the package room but they don’t use them. They are terrible and should be put out of business.

    I there was a zero star I would leave "0" -Poorly designed office: NO automatic sliding door , you would be carrying boxes and opening the door at the same while employees inside STARING at the customer ( a very pregnant lady with big box) through the glass and none approaches the door to open it -there are always people ( usually friends of some employee inside) lingering and hanging out at the customer parking spot while actual customers have to park and carrying their boxes in multiple trips because of both occupied parking spot and lousy doors - I need not to speak about the lack of professionalism and helpfulness of some of the staff- EPIC -Night and day between them and UPS on the plaza for example
