I had wedding collateral not arrive in time so I had to emergency print and she was so gracious to navigate the right design sizing, help me with cutting and was so great to work with. Always asking each other what to do. They always seem new. Must be high turnover. Not the employees fault or even management but likely the franchise owner doesn’t give them proper leadership and basic training to serve the store’s customers. There’s a need for this service but The Fed Ex Store just can’t figure it out.
- KWKelsey WoodJun 4, 20241.0WARNING FOR ALL SHIPPING MEDICATIONS - My doctor shipped medication that needs to be refrigerated to my residence but I was going to be out of town by the time it finally got in (mind you, after being delayed) so I opted to pick up at a location thinking it would be safe there until I got back. Instead I showed up to find despite there being a giant “refrigerate immediately” sticker that it was just put on a shelf. $300 medication is now ruined because they don’t have a fridge. When I brought it up the assistant manager just said to sign for the package, file a claim, and open it to see if it expired… as if that wasn’t already clear. Piss poor customer service. I understand not having the tools to accommodate this type of package, but we don’t live in the dark ages anymore - pick up a phone and call the person so they can make arrangements if the FedEx app isn’t smart enough to inform.
