I had wedding collateral not arrive in time so I had to emergency print and she was so gracious to navigate the right design sizing, help me with cutting and was so great to work with. - DRDerrick RickettsAug 19, 20251.0I’ve been here a couple times trying to get simple photos printed but it’s a disaster. It just seems like the employees aren’t trained well. Always asking each other what to do. They always seem new. Must be high turnover. Not the employees fault or even management but likely the franchise owner doesn’t give them proper leadership and basic training to serve the store’s customers. There’s a need for this service but The Fed Ex Store just can’t figure it out.

No longer (with Fed-Ex cash card) had to check in with Register employee convenience at a "kiosk", a great but months delayed conveniece. Still a minor hassle for bance check on the cash card, but reasonable delay for the security. Very "business-like", now. Must have had problems during tax-time and student use must have dropped off due to low & high ed colleges not being so nearby, but nursing and med bldgs. are very close as are business buildings along Ward Pkwy. & State Line. Re-developed 160 year-old Wornall Rd. almost completely rebuilt with several 7-story buildings, ped. shops nearby and bus connections that seem to "die" going into Kansas. Shame that KS. lags on walkable neighborhoods. Everyone needs quick, colorful copies / business supplies access. Parking lot seems too small, but shared with an AT&T building and a flanking bldg. has 2 restaurants & electronics repair shop facing Ward Pkwy. Great location, quick in & out, almost an eat, do business, and take a walk, bike, bus or drive home or to the entire Ward Pkwy. Ctr. or over to Waldo & Wornall Rd. for different businesses / nightlife.
