Paid $200 for them to mark it at non deliverable twice. Took 3 weeks to get my delivery that the website said I would get it in one.

This company has had my item since March 20, 2023. Was told I would be contact on March 27,2023. Was not contact til April 4,2023 Delivery time was not correct as stated. The vehicle had no branding. I didn't even know who they were when they arrive. There is a lot of improvement needed.

Can you ship my specific item (i.e., what cargo types does AIT NOT accept)?
AIT’s logistics professionals are experienced with shipping all types of cargo, from temperature-controlled items such as food and pharmaceuticals to oversized and heavy freight to hazardous materials, including batteries, chemicals, and nuclear waste. For a list of items we do not ship, contact our office for commodity details.
Are you a certified freight forwarder?
Yes. Across AIT’s many global locations, we have dozens of certifications from multiple organizations, countries, and municipalities, including authorized economic operator status, good distribution practices certification and many more.
Can I drop off an item for return at your facility?
No. AIT facilities are not consumer parcel drop-off locations. Please contact your seller/shipper to arrange for returns.
