I already dred coming here since it already feels like waiting at the DMV but when I have an Amazon return its even worse because for some reason this guy will argue about whatever you box your return in. I boxed a return in a box that was shipped to me and he complains, then argues that amazon will not accept it but they always do. All he is trying to do is sell me overpriced packaging from here. He once told me I didnt have enough tape on a package and tried to charge me for tape. This guy is awful to deal with. I avoid him anytime I can but I wish there was another ups store in town because this one is horrible!!!!

- MLMariana LugoMar 18, 20261.0Every time someone at my house buys a new phone or electronic. We always get annoyed to know that UPS it’s going to have to deliver ur package, why? Because they simply don’t want to deliver packages where we live. They always say “The package has been redirected to the delivery center “ and we have to wait weeks for them to finally decide to deliver. I don’t know if it’s UPS fault or the driver but it is simply so annoying. If the day of delivering it’s March 18, JUST deliver it that day omg it’s not that difficult, that’s their job . Pls and thank you
