- TWTim WeilApr 13, 20261.0absolutely let down in the service. Monday afternoon 445; selected priority as it is 2-3 day--I'm sending to Kansas City from Jeff City...after paid all done, I'm told will be there Saturday. I could have walked it to KC by Friday!! When I inquired about 2-3 day I just paid for, the worker indicated "yea, well 3-4 days, they aren't guaranteeing it anyway." Then to tell me after all is said and done, say, "well I can give it back and you can send through regular mail" given I was all paid, and with people standing waiting, was disingenuous--like she was helping me out somehow. Could have sent it for 78 cents; instead $12--yay!
