No smile, just hatred. I have never been treated that way for giving a business my money. This woman was very rude and I will not be visiting your store for any reason as long as Lucifer is working at your service counter. You should be ashamed for allowing an employee to greet your customers in this manner.

- AEAnton EgoMar 7, 20261.0Not sure what is going on in this store, but I frequently receive emails from Amazon citing they have “processed my refund, but are still expecting my item.” This means I have dropped the item off for return, but it never made it to the return location. I never had this issue when UPS was in town. It’s beginning to be worth the drive to take my returns to Columbia or Osage Beach then to have to enter this store. Additionally, the employees are not friendly. The store is dirty and unkept. I have yet to have a good experience when coming in Staples.
