I couldn’t locate the QR Code on app- she told me “unfortunately I can’t help you & kicked me out of line.” I was on my 1/2 hour lunch break & was in a hurry & needed help. UPS never treated me like that- I will not go back to the JC MO location.

I also appreciate the stock and office supplies in the store. If I were to have any advice for management, it would be the need to have more personnel. I understand that finding quality employees is a difficult assignment; but corporate needs to know--salary, hours and benefits will entice quality employees to your staff! Thank-you for caring.
