  We just had our new water softener installed and I am very pleased with the customer service so far. Andrea was extremely accommodating with getting the paperwork handled and Nick was quite knowledgeable and very polite during the install. There is no comparison between this experience and what we’ve had to deal with during our last few years with our previous softener company. When we decided to make a change, we had our new softener in less than a week! I could not be more satisfied!

  2 employees vame today a water check and equipment check. 1 was Derek Zumwalt, the 2nd did not give me a card and if he said his name, I don't remember it. I had been to the office last Friday with a water sample. My equipment is dated from at least 2002. I was told I need a new unit or I could replace the inner workings. Both gentlemen answered all my questions. Showed me points on my current equipment. Gave me 2 color brochures on my options.

  The only reason for a 4 star review is that your company does not have an emergency phone number, to be used when regular hours are over. This means extra duty and worry for customers with flooded areas, like I. The service itself in my case was excellent in regular hours. Thanks

  Derek came out to the house and got straight to work. He was able to disengage the water filter system I had before, a name that starts with a C. Too many wrongs to list here. But Derek was great he was quick and was able to install my new water filter system in no time. When he was done he made sure all the connections were good and that the TDS level was great. I have my own TDS gauge and it was at a 2. He tested the water softener levels and they were very good. He explained how the system works and what each one does. They will even deliver the replacement filters to the house, which is great, their home office is in Jeff City and I live in Boonville, so that makes it very convenient. I highly recommend Mid-Mo water solutions. If customer service is high on your list then you will be very happy with Mid-Mo water solutions.

  Recently, I had a technician from Mid Mo Water come out to service my water softener. Now mind you it had been a few years since I had them come out and check it, 10+ years, but no worries all was well! My tech was Trent and he was amazing. Polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and courteous. I have an attack wiener dog that I warned him about, he simply came in, bent down, let her smell him and shortly he was rubbing her belly. After Trent did the maintenance work, mind you I don’t have any knowledge of the softener at all except to fill it with salt, he gave me a rundown on everything and asked if I had any questions. He covered everything so I was well informed. Then he thanked me, shook my hand and told me to have a great day. Couldn’t have asked for a more proficient, educated person to do the job!
