    Over just the course of 6 months, I’ve had numerous packages sit at this location for days on end with no updates. Every time that I’ve physically gone to this location to ask about my packages, and tried to go ahead and pick them up I’m told they already went to the truck. So my question is why do our packages sit on a truck for days on end with no movement. I’ve tried to stay optimistic about this location, but this has been the straw that broke the camels back. If you’re able to send parcels or letters through a different location I would highly recommend it.

    I wish the Jackson Post Office in Jackson, Mo. didn't give away my game I ordered from Ebay to the wrong address. Wasted money for someone who has my game now for free. I wish They go find my package & return it to me.

    Due to my work schedule I have to utilize the blue drop off boxes for packages. Unfortunately, 90% of the time my packages sit in the box for days and I end up having to refund buyers and file a lost package request and then it magically makes it to the customer and I get double screwed. As of this typing I have a package in a blue box now for 4 days that hasn’t been scanned. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    The man at the front desk and phone was very rude and condescending when I called for help. Don't expect anything but rudeness.
