- CFCate FitzWhittemore1 day ago1.0Reused someone else’s box and sent a sentimental package to an empty duplex. Refused to give a refund or take accountability. EDIT: Business reply is super dishonest. Box and shipping label were both provided by UPS at their store—we do not know the person or the address that THEY shipped it to, nor have we ever had the cable company that they reused a box from. The person it got shipped to had to reach out to me on social media to return it to us, causing distress and confusion on all ends. Including a complete stranger who handled sensitive material that was in the box. This is on UPS and they refused to help in any way.
