- TMTeresa MazeApr 7, 20261.0I'm very upset regarding my purchase from Detroit Axel. I never received my package and so the filed a claim with FedEx. Fedx denied my claim even though the driver did not take a photo of where he supposedly delivered my package. So I spent a bunch of money on parts that I never received. I live on social security and have no money to replace the parts and my car has become undrivable in the meantime. If I had the money I would sue both FedEx and Detroit Axel!

Kim was very friendly with the customer before me. When it was my turn she treated me like, she didn't want to be bothered with me. Why I don't know. FedEx doesn't care.
