Who is handling the mail that can't even read? And our real mailman is out there delivering mail now, so who was this person this morning that had the mail and took it to all the wrong houses? This is ridiculous!

I am waiting on my package and they attempted but didn't follow instructions w code etc. I hate this mail service. Do not move to independence, all utilities out here are also bad. Really sucks and can't get my phone cause no one will answer and you have to deal w this stupid automated lady who don't understand the word yes
