So the package is waiting for UPS to pick up from the post office. So she never scanned the UPS label. Too bad she didn't look more closely and do her job correctly. What a run around. Terrible customer service!

Told them size and paper them and did not wrong again and them blamed it on us and told us to take our business elsewhere. You are paid to do a job, it would be nice if you did the job you are being paid to do. Never use these people they will do it wrong and blame it on you. I cannot contact store to resolve as when I did I was told to take my business somewhere else by the manager. I did contact corporate and the BBB to let them know what was happening in this store.

The awkward size shipment was fragile and vintage and they did an excellent job wrapping it, marking the box fragile and when it arrived it was perfect. There were two gentlemen assisting me with the shipments and they were both kind, knowledgeable, and told me they would pack it and ship it as if it was their own. They did an excellent job and I really appreciate them taking the time and care that they did. My friend who lives in Independence, MO took me to this store and she also has always had great service and experience with them.
