- CRConstance RoseDec 23, 20251.0One star because Kim is rude and has an attitude. It's like that every time I go there. FedEx what is Kim's problem? Kim was very friendly with the customer before me. When it was my turn she treated me like, she didn't want to be bothered with me. Why I don't know. FedEx doesn't care.
- JWJade WilsonDec 19, 20255.0I had some issues with FedEx yesterday with delivery so I opted to pick it up in person. As I was in line, the ETA got pushed back. I was very frustrated, but spoke to Reba. She asked the driver's name, which was Alonzo. She said he was outside on break and that she would go see if he had it. He did, but was on break so he was unable to scan it. I waited just a few minutes for his lunch break to be over, and him and Reba got my package to me right away. They both made a frustrating situation so much better, and I really appreciate them both.
