- BWBrian Wagener6 days ago1.0I have lived all around the St. Louis area and have never experienced the amount of issues that I have with this office and carrier. The carrier simply does not want to complete his role as a mail carrier. He looks for any excuse he can to not deliver. I have him on camera multiple times just driving past my mailbox when the informed delivery clearly shows and states that I have mail being delivered for that day. I have now escalated this to the district office and will continue to do so until someone is held accountable for the poor service. Unfortunately this month February 2026 the supreme court ruled that the post office is basically not liable for anything. They can simply throw your mail in the garbage and they are not accountable per the supreme court. It is a shame that these postal employees have so little ethic and respect for what they do. Postal employees are considered public servants yet the ones at the Imperial office are lazy, rude, unaccountable individuals.

All this without me never giving her my name never giving her my address no information whatsoever. She was basically stating to me there was not one piece of mail in that whole building. What kind of incompetence is that? The postmaster general needs to be informed and that lady needs to be replaced
