I got a notification that it was out for delivery, when I called to get help I was talked to in the most arrogant way. As if I was stupid for wanting them to hold a package. I sure hope nobody steals my $500 package while it sits on my porch for the next 8 hours. 👍🏻

Recently they lost my package because they did not put the right sticker on it and so its god knows where now. I tried to talk to them asking what the next step is and she hung up on me. Rude Rude women!
