I got a notification that it was out for delivery, when I called to get help I was talked to in the most arrogant way. As if I was stupid for wanting them to hold a package. I sure hope nobody steals my $500 package while it sits on my porch for the next 8 hours. 👍🏻

Do not try to talk to postmaster within this office - you need to go higher up if you are having issues. EDIT - Yet again, bad customer service never fails at this location. Again will be making a phone call to their Superiors. Luckly we have proof this time of the poor managment here. Long story short we went to office to pick up packages and they refused to grab them from the back of the office. This was to make it easier for everyone involved but I suppose that was too much for them to comprehend.
