- SSSupportFeb 24, 20261.0USPS in Holts Summit, MO is refusing to deliver packages — including essential and life‑saving supplies — and is instead holding them at the Post Office. They are marking items as “Customer Requested Hold at Post Office,” even though no customer requested this service. USPS staff are citing a “safety issue” caused by their own driver, who struck another vehicle. Instead of addressing the carrier’s mistake through internal corrective action, the Post Office is withholding delivery from over 100 residents, punishing the public for an accident caused by a USPS employee.

I don't get important mail in Holt summit and literally things are stolen or simply not delivered by the postal employees to my house. My house is set back from the road. I don't believe anyone steals. There's no sidewalk. The conclusion is the postal employees are keeping these items for themselves. I ordered stamps and I have not been able to get my money back or even to protest. They just decided they wanted to keep my Christmas card stamps. The Grinch that Stole Christmas is the Holts Summit Post Office.
