- ASAmanda SApr 29, 20251.0To the worker named “Sue.” What a disappointing experience. I brought my two children in to pick stamps out and mail their letters to their pen pals. My son is severely autistic with Tourette’s and I removed him from the office as to not distract her. My son then came back to apologize at which point she didn’t even acknowledge him. He is nine. 😔 My other child present; my daughter, counted out her allowance money to mail an overpriced package to her penpal. After she came back in with her money, Sue said “Are you actually going to mail it this time?” She’s seven. Unbelievably terrible experience. I’ve taught my children the importance of the United States post office, as well as its history and make sure to patronize as often as possible; but with treatment like this, it’s sad to say I will see alternative method of sending packages and mail to their penpals. Sue is the very reason WHY the United States post office is struggling.
