- HMHeather McNealJan 10, 20252.0I went with my mother to inquire as to why she hasn't received mail after having changed her mailing address from Blue Springs to Higginsville in October and was told that the mail might be delayed due to weather. We insisted that the weather hasn't affected her mail from October to now and that my informed delivery has said she should get mail several times between October and now, but hasn't actually been delivered. To which we were told informed delivery may be delayed 7-10 days and for us to call Blue Springs as it must be a mistake on their side. I am very unsatisfied with our experience as I know informed delivery wouldn't show her mail if the address change wasn't completed.

(which turned out to be my fault by the way) 😬 But the new postmaster in Higginsville came to my rescue and saved the day. Chuck thank you so much for sending the emails and getting my package to where it needs to be. Also to the young lady in the customer service call center that finally put in a investigation to get the call from Chuck. I was at such a high frustration level by the time I had spoke to both of them. I appreciate them listening and making some movement happen. I had previously spoken with at least six other people and had gotten nowhere. It is always wonderful when you find someone with great customer service. Thank you again. God speed and good luck on your new position.
