  First attempt (February 23) the driver said that they were on their way and then I didn't hear anything for hours. I later got a call that the delivery truck broke down. Second attempt (March 7) did not hear anything about a delivery window...called RXO Service. Delivery canceled - no explanation given and advised next week I will get an email to reschedule. Hope third time is a charm.

  0 if I could very unprofessional no one is able to communicate over the phone and I had install service without it being done. If you can avoid please do.

  Our experience with RXO thus far has been appalling. We received our four hour delivery window. By the end of our delivery window, we hadn’t heard anything so we had to call. Come to find out they are running two stops behind but assured our items would arrive that evening. Fast forward to 40 minutes later at 7:40pm, the delivery driver calls and says he can drop off our washer and dryer in the garage but can’t install them because he’s not allowed to be in our home past 8pm. I’ve been on the phone with RXO several times since Saturday(it is now Monday) all with promises of expedited delivery. One notification said one of our items was delivered. It wasn’t. The last agent said a supervisor would call. Nope. No call. Just an email to schedule another week out. Terrible company. Again, absolutely appalling.

  My service from Jamal was great. While working alone, he routed the best way to get my appliances in and out with the least amount of hassle for both he & I. He uninstalled both the washer & dryer, hauled them away, and installed brand new ones, all while it was raining. Very competent young man who moved with a sense of urgency. He was done in what seemed to be a little over an hour.

  It was a bit frustrating dealing with the delivery system. Initially, I received messages that washer/dryer would come Friday. Then, a new message that it would be Saturday. I contacted them at that point via chat to ask if we could reschedule for following week (Mon or Wed). The reply was "we will put in a request." (shrug) Finally got a message that they scheduled it for Tuesday. I was told I'd get a message the day before with a window for delivery. The "window" message did not arrive until after I went to bed Monday night: Tuesday between 2 - 6 pm. Then about 1 pm on Tuesday, I got a confirmation message that my delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. (BTW said would come be 1 - 5 pm and actually came about 10:30 am.) So that part of the process was just crazy, and stressful. However, the delivery and install itself went smoothly. I saw on a recent review that someone was upset b/c RXO wouldn't install a new washer b/c their old washer was not disconnected. It states that right in the instructions! We had actually moved the washer and dryer out b/c I wanted to paint the space where the new washer and dryer would be placed. I live in a small house and the space was TIGHT. But Rodney and Don did a GREAT job getting both washer and dryer in and installed. No complaints at all. They were both personable and professional. I appreciate the care with which they handled both machines and getting them in. (My overall review would be 5 stars if it was just about them.) Excited...now I have a pile of laundry to catch up!
