This company should not be in business. They failed to deliver my furniture and did not even tell me that they weren’t coming. I had to reach out to them. I called multiple times and kept getting different stories from them. I know now that if I need a delivery to ask if they use this company as a 3rd party. If they do, I will definitely not place my order. This company is the purest example of INCOMPETENCE.
***update. The phone call I received was useless. I don’t need your scripted apology. The mistake by RXO cost me around $500 of my own money between gas, food, and lost wages. I hope your scam of a company goes out of business.

Fantastic experience! Joe did a terrific job in contacting me quickly when he was on his way. Described a problem woth the dolly and was short his partner today but still was willing to the and make things work out. We were able to get air in the dolly tires and build a ramp to get the washer and dryer in the house and installed quickly. Joe explained things as he installed them. I need to purchase a power cord though as I have an electeic outlet and am able to run down the road to pick one up. Joe explained exactly what kne I needed, what to look for, and how to install it, so I wrote up a few notes so I wouldn't forget. He easily got the old washer and dryer out of the garage and took the boxes and wrapping from the new washer and dryer with him.

If I could give this company negative five stars I would. The single most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. I was rescheduled multiple times. No one could give me a firm time when they would do the delivery until the MORNING OF THE DELIVERY. They incorrectly told Sam's Club my delivery was completed when they had rescheduled a second time. I had to get Sam's Club involved and shame RXO on social media to finally get timely updates on my delivery. RXO's customer service was an absolute joke. Every email provided no help. No one had any initiative to fix the problem. You can't speak to anyone at the local hub. Then when we finally get to my item being delivered, the "professional" installers didn't even bring tools for the installation! And they tracked mud all through my hallway and on my dryer. Luckily it was just a washing machine so it's simpler than most machines, but this is still incredibly unprofessional. If you ever order something and the delivery is sent through RXO, cancel the order. Top to bottom just completely mismanaged. I hope this company goes out of business.

Had two guys come to my home for a stove delivery and haul away. I did not get the service that day because they said that it could be a hazard disconnecting my old stove.I hired another person after they left that had absolutely no issue at all with the disconnection so I called the driver back and ask if he had any time left, could he come back? He immediately said no with a attitude. I then asked him if he could have left the stove and he got upset with me for asking. I really didn't know and was trying to get answers. The guy starting yelling at me and asking what did I want from him? I couldn't believe how he was talking to me, just because I asked a question that I didn't know the answer to. When they returned the next day, he still had a dry attitude. He walked into my house and didn't even speak. The stove was delivered. I called him shortly after to ask did he have to take my gas line and he started going off on me again. This guy has absolutely NO customer service skills. He has a short fuse. You can not talk to him or ask him anything. I called customer service and they just got me off the phone real quick. I feel so defeated. It seems like customer service is just a thing of the past these days. Have to pay extra money for the gas line that I shouldn't have had to buy again and was treated poorly, probably because I am a older female and I was alone.

The men who made the delivery were kind and professional. Getting to that point was a mess. I ordered in November. I received three different "estimated" delivery dates. December 8th, 22nd and January 5th. When I received the 3rd estimated date I called. I was on hold for 58 minutes before someone answered the phone. I tried to explain, I needed to ask off work to be home for the delivery and I really needed to pin down a date. They were clueless on how to make that happen. English wasn't their first language so a lot of repeating myself and a severe lack of understanding on their end. Not that the CSR wasn't trying.
They eventually sent me a message on Sunday night at 7:20 PM that they would be there on Monday. I had to reach out to my boss to ask for the time off and try to get someone to cover me.
They have lots of opportunities for improvements for scheduling and communication.
This is my second experience in 2025 with this delivery company, and it was exactly the same issues both times. Seem very unprofessional. I'm sorry but I cannot give a good review to them.
