I messed up something on my passport application and less than 5 minutes before my appointment the clerk Told me that they were out of forms and I would have to go across the street to the library to print another even though I had already been waiting for 10 and I could have had a much more productive use of my time if she had notified me literally any sooner than I could go across the street and print a new one and she tried to shift the blame onto me without telling me a moment sooner. Absolutely horrendous.

I needed to call a second time with more information and got him a second time and he was just a nice and helpful. I really appreciated his how polite he was.
