After employee 1 didnt know the answer, employee 2 became upset with my question to the point I just turned around and walked out. I feel I wasted my time today. My normal experience is alright.. kinda like eating mcdonalds for dinner is alright. 3/5 stars. Maybe I’ll consider improving the rating after better future experiences.

Did they? Of course not. That would be asking way too much from a location that has over 50 1 star reviews. I feel sorry for you folks in Harrisonville. Too have to put up with such losers is so sad.
- CJCARRIE JAOct 1, 20193.0Dear PostMaster - - with setting your business hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm how can working class people take care of business? Please consider alternative hours one day per week to improve the customer experience and allowing working folks the opportunity to not have to leave their jobs early just to get to the Post Office to pick up items. Perhaps Wednesdays or a different day, extended hours 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Saturday hours are good, yet when you've received a card to pickup certified mail or otherwise, that's a long time from Monday to address things in a timely manner. Thank you for considering. I've also read the variety of prior posts about Nydia. Yesterday, I witnessed her having a haughty attitude with the customer in front of me. Though she was fine with me, she was quick to find an error in a comment I made and was certain to point it out to me as well. Nydia appears to know her job and wants to be sure to educate each customer she encounters of her knowledge. Thank you Nydia for the information. Its abundantly clear and I'm quite certain she doesn't live in our community, perhaps we can be gracious and show her some small town country kindness and help smooth her rough edges...… lets give it a try!
