- CMChristopher MeeksOct 2, 20252.0While the regular staff is helpful and attempting to solve issues, the manager (blonde woman) was a bit rude and too blunt to be in the position she's in. There was no reason for a hostile tone just because she may have been annoyed due to a follow up on a potential issue in which I was acting in a calm manner to get information to process a report for a lost package. Kudos to the regular staff who remained calm and polite trying to assist, but the manager needs an attitude adjustment and training on escalating situations.
