If I could give 0 stars I would reason why is the delivery person lacks on their job and doesn't deliver mail when it needs to be delivered like for example my medicine wasn't delivered this morning and it's still not here so therefore you guys need a new mail person

Employees are great.
Hours they are open and speed of delivery (mail has to go to Kansas City for processing) are deplorable. My rent check took almost one month to go a distance of 43 miles.

Was very pleased with service we got as we needed to renew passports and needed daughters drivers license and the waited after hours for me to get there from a half hr away and took care of us . thank you so much
