The worst service by a mail carrier, she is unprofessional and never delivers the big boxes, she always has a excuse. She said the mail box was full, the next day her car was to full, I had to go and pick it up myself. The box would not have fix in the mail box. I wish to God that Pam never retired she was wonderful maybe this one should have learned something from her.

I don't know about all the negativity on here. I have always experienced courteous and prompt service. They have helped me straighten out messes that I have made with my mailings. They have always gone overboard to help, in office and making extra deliveries to get packages out.

I have had excellent deliveries from Lauren during the week and Teresa on Saturdays but sometimes fill-ins are a problem. Love both of them and very personable but maybe they just like me because im kind to them and not demanding haha. I do understand that their job is a hard one and have told them both that if weather is a hold up i dont need it that bad to jepardize their safety in any way. Occasionally i get a notice about delivery but Lauren always brings next day if she can. I always try to greet them if im home and if i can to save them from carrying all the things i order from amazon lol. Thank you Lauren and Teresa for all your efforts!!

Users complaining of occasional slight package delays apparently haven't heard of weather and clearly haven't tried the private carriers. I get way too much mail and at least 99% of parcels via USPS arrive as scheduled. The tiny remainder come the next day, even if it's a Sunday. I don't get Sunday service in the city. FedEx and UPS are 1-5 days late almost every single time. USPS is the way to go.

Things I learned about the current state of the USPS yesterday. First: Their ability to alert me that my package is out for delivery at 8:40am. Get the truck to my location approximately 23mins away to find my mail box to full in under 1min is amazing. Within this minute time span they were also able to update their website at 8:41am that my box was full and unable to deliver my package. Since we have established the fact that they seem to have tech that has them moving at Mach hold on for dear life, we need to talk about their stealth capabilities. Now, I'm not sure if it come from just the absolute speed as maybe it is that they are traveling at the speed of light but, they avoided not one, but, two cameras. Definitely a different USPS than the one of old. 5 stars for the tech but 1 star for not getting my package that was way to big to fit in a mailbox delivered on time given the technology you have at your disposal.
