- SSSophiaMar 5, 20261.0I love usps but was horribly surprised at Grandview USPS staff etiquette. Me, my husband, and our 5 month old baby went in at 9:40am for a 9:45am passport appointment with all requirements in hand. Came to the counter when called at 9:44am. Was asked what I need, and said I have a 9:45 passport appt. Lady started rolling/flickering her eyes and had a big breath. Said she is going to cancel our appt bc I was "not prepared" (did not already have my son's name filled in on the passport application that she pulled out). Yelled across the counter about needing a black pen. Threw her hands up said "im done" and walked out the back. Two other employees ignored this outburst and us. We left at 9:46am, bewildered. Went to Martin City USPS and had a normal/usual (respectful/dignified) experience. *personal notes:* Lesson for her: Treat others with kindness and basic respect. Lesson for me: Give excuses for people- like maybe she had no love in her life. I went back later to drop off a card and some Gherardelli.

- NCNick CullumDec 30, 20251.030 minute wait for them to say they can't print their own label. They advised i go to ups to print the usps label??? Then when I asked for a piece of box tape she said its on the wall for 3.99. How is a service thats is government paid still. Cost more and provide a worse service that the free market alternative. Vote to defund.
