Was told by clerk to put "unknown" for travel dates but form specified to write something else; so I asked the clerk if it's fine to put "unknown" because the form says otherwise. She wouldn't answer the question, as if the application is free and her facility was doing it for free. Instead it seemed that she power-tripped and said "I am asking for the 3rd time if you want us to do it.' A legitimate concern over a time-consuming and financed process. She also ruined the form by writing on it and then claiming that a current learner's permit is not considered a valid state ID, and "tried to help" by suggesting to go to a different town to make a state ID. Asked employees at a different company if this is correct, and was told no. Went to another company and they were way more compassionate, helpful, and did not need another state ID. It seemed like covert discrimination and "othering" at this USPS.

I bring them and then they tell me I can’t get my refund unless I have my lease and my receipt. Which I have, but since I’m on Kansas side and hours don’t work with my work schedule I just told them to keep the keys and the money! If that was COMMUNICATED THE FIRST TIME I would have walked in and out with no problem! And the attitudes are horrible! Regardless if they’re helpful or not!
