    Drove 40 minutes for a notary appt, got to the store and then they said they don't do notary appts online when I scheduled it online for Sat at 10:00. Need to fix their system so you don't waste customers time and money driving out there only to be told you don't have anyone.

    Very bad customer service. The owner neglects and looks down on customers. It might be because I am an Asian. My story is this since the owner replied to my review already. 30 minutes(I said 20 to the owner, but it was 30 minutes) after the return scan, it still said it needs to be scanned. So, I went to the store to make sure they did the scan properly. The owner thought I was there because I didn't get my money back from Amazon yet. The reason I went back to rhe store was I had a bad experience a month ago. At that time, I didn't get the scan update on my Amazon acct for a whole day, so I went back and found my package sitting on the counter because they didn't scan properly. Jacob, the best employee there apologized and helped me and everything was ok even though I got disappointed. I don't still understand why the owner got so upset and didn't try to listen to his customer. I will never use this location and report to BBB and UPS headquarter.

    This is a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and fast. I was in and out really fast. UPS rates are high but the service was great!
