- VHValerie HFeb 15, 20255.0I don't know why I even bothered to try the BS office, other than I didn't think I would make it out to Grain Valley before they closed. I should have known better. The BS office is dirty with rude staff, but Grain Valley is always clean and the staff here is very nice and always have smiles on their faces. I have never had a bad experience here at the Grain Valley branch. Any time I have come in for in-person errands they have been friendly and helpful. I wish my incoming packages could come through Grain Valley as well!

Have had to take other neighbors mail back to the post office for the past few years to re-delivered or I deliver it to the right place Now paid up for one year of service and call to tell them to hold service and they cut service and close my box after 30 some years of having same box, they need office people to do there jos or get another job. Now the new year comes and have to fight with the US post office to start the new year, hope Insurance company , utility companies , my work , banks, family members will call instead of sending mail back , how many others have problems other than myself that can not depend on Grain Valley post office, please report to main post office
