  I went to the auction in kcm they said I left early but didn't as I ride with my wife because I don't have a license (she got the full time btw). I called the office they said they where waiting to hear from the lady at the auction. That was Thursday last week it is Monday they have had 3 business days to figure this out. I told them I don't care about the dnr because I never plan on going back as the shorted me on 30 min of my pay. It's not that big of a deal but u let them get away with it and they will continue to do so. As they already feel comfortable shorting ppl on pay I would recommend going thru a different temp service or at the very least a different office would not recommend this branch to anyone. Update has been 2 weeks now and still nothing I called hr to get this settled. The manager lady working at this branch brought up my review on here lol. Said and we have seen ur review and we can only pay what they report! As the middle ppl they are responsible for holding these companies responsible for the pay out. I talked to her today she said that I'm only getting 3.5 hrs because the lady that runs the assignment for this agency said she came out a little after 11 and I was gone. The ticket was from 715 am to 1115 am. Even if she came out at 11 am the math don't add. When I explained this to the manager of this branch she came back with another excuse said I could of left at 1030 am. As I told her repeatedly they have cameras in the break room she ignores it. Said that hr won't be able to do anything. This lady is extremely unprofessional and should not be a manager at any branch probably shouldn't be a manager anywhere. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do urself a favor and stay away from this Gladstone branch as it is a joke. In the matter of min she destroyed a 10 year relationship between me and ppl ready!

  For the most part the service is excellent Alex and Rashell, are very helpful however there is 1 individual that works there that is very unprofessional, wont give you her name when asked for. And will hang up on you when you call and ask about your pay. I also find it very disconcerting that the prior policy required employers to send via fax a sign in sheet to verify, now the company's use the app . So an employer could have you work and then say you were there.

  They gave me this app called Jobstack for customer to applied for jobs. The app ain't help me to find a job their I applied for a job. It's a horrible app never applying with people ready either they got poor services
