- KDKersten DingerOct 14, 20251.0I filled out paperwork multiple times to change my address and my mailman just simply won’t deliver my mail. I have even went into the post office filled out another paper and gave them my ID and they still cannot deliver my mail. I’ve talked to multiple people in the area and this is an ongoing problem. It does not help that the office in Galena does not answer their phone at all
- SFSteven FoustAug 9, 20251.0I have had to go to the post office twice in the past 3 weeks to pick up Amazon packages that Amazon said USPS was unable to deliver because their was no access to my driveway or front door. I was home one of those times, so i know they dodnt try. And I just received an Amazon notification for a 3rd time for an order they could not deliver! And I was home yet again! They clearly lie about trying to deliver packages! Especially since they are supposed to leave a slip saying they tried to deliver. This office really needs better employees and management!

And the guy I talked too is very rude. And told me I was lucky he even answered the phone. And now since I was dogs they said they are not going to bring me my packages. I hate it since they moved Crane mail to Galena office. It has sucked big time since then. Just called I have a nice regular mail Lady.
