- JSJosh StricklandSep 22, 20251.0Saw some stuff had arrived at the hub on my shop app so after I checked my PO Box and saw the packages were not there I decided to politely ask the front desk clerk if it could be possible to pick up them up to which I was given a very rude, long winded answer of no. I understand some people have bad days but when you answer someone’s politeness with unwarranted rudeness that is uncalled for it just leaves both people in a state of bitterness. I hope her day got better afterwards but still, the rude response to a stranger wasn’t the answer.

Now today my mailbox mail is delivered but the packages won't be delivered because the apartment complex office isn't open. If I lived in a single house I would get my packages delivered on a Saturday but because I live in a complex the usps expects them to complete the delivery. And even though I have left a message in the box that only mail with my last name is to be derived I keep getting multiple former tenets mail.

They always explain in detail shipping options and try to work with customers to ensure speedy and safe delivery of packages and mail.
