- CCCerinaJun 30, 20251.0Unfortunately, we’ve had a new mail person. This person is EXTREMELY lazy. They refuse to deliver packages and will throw “live animals” labeled packages in the mailbox in the heat. We have a gate and claim they won’t go through it even if the gate is left open 24/7. They won’t even leave lightweight packages in the mailbox and instead will bring them back to the post office where we are forced to drive 20 minutes to go get it. We’ve called to complain and nothing ever comes of it. We miss the old mail lady so much and are so upset she retired. Not sure what’s happened to the quality mail service we once received. Do better.

I've asked for fragile packages to be left on the porch instead of shoved in the mail box and this person will FORCE oversized packages to fit in my box. Today I found a light I ordered on the ground in front of the mail box IN THE RAIN because they were too lazy to take it down the driveway and place it on the porch. Luckily the contents are ok because the box practically disintegrated when I went to open it. This has been going on for months. Someone needs to get fired. And I can't even call to report them because I keep getting the run around from the automated service when I call.
